4.4 One Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one Account. Registration of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. bat777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds or winnings associated with them.
4.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from bat777 or from any gambling service that shares exclusion data with bat777 are not eligible to register or maintain an Account during the exclusion period.
5.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.

5.3 Acceptable KYC Documents. Acceptable identity documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and where applicable proof of payment method ownership.
5.4 bat777 reserves the right to suspend or limit Account access pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bat777 may result in Account closure.
5.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. bat777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login information.
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may include bank transfers, digital wallets or other instruments as published by bat777. bat777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.
6.2 Pakistani Payment Methods — Conditional Notice. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah throughout the Platform are for informational context only. bat777 does not represent that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Users must independently verify their payment provider's applicable terms before depositing.
6.3 All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.

7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method owned by the Account holder. bat777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
7.2 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. bat777 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Indicative timelines are published in the cashier but are not guaranteed. Processing may be subject to additional verification checks, third-party delays or banking intermediary timelines outside bat777's control.
7.4 bat777 reserves the right to apply a pending withdrawal period of up to 48 hours during which a withdrawal may be cancelled and returned to the Account balance by the User. After this period, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
7.5 Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where bat777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing participation or a breach of these Terms.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of issuance. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
8.3 bat777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to an Account at the time of cancellation will continue to be governed by the terms under which it was issued.
8.4 Bonuses are personal to the Account to which they are issued and may not be transferred, traded or sold. Attempting to abuse bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion or systematic extraction will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings and may result in Account closure.

Void rules, rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are handled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules.

9.5 bat777's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's terms.
